Brian Scott Hayes

Brian Scott Hayes is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Disability Rights Texas since January 2019, Brian also holds the position of President at the Austin Human Resource Management Association since January 2021. As a self-employed Human Resources Consultant since November 2018, Brian has provided expertise across multiple organizations. Previous experience includes serving as Program Director at The Transitional Learning Center, Chapter President of Texas Bay Area SHRM, HR Manager at Caliber Services, HR Leader for the Americas Region at Hydratight, and Shared Services Human Resources Manager at Wood Group. Brian's early career also includes roles at Counterforce North America and OxyVinyls, LP.
