Gabriela Barbeito

Gabriela Barbeito has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriela is currently working as a Profesora Dirección de Operaciones [MBA] at UCU Business School since February 2023. Before that, they served as an Engineering Manager at Howdy™ from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Inter American Development Bank from August 2021 to June 2022.

Gabriela also has significant experience at ANTEL, where they held multiple roles. Gabriela began as a Network Technician in September 2009, where they were responsible for planning and logistics of business projects, advising the commercial area, and stock control. Subsequently, they served as a Project Manager from June 2013 to July 2020, overseeing the successful execution of various projects. Later, Gabriela worked as a Business Sr Associate from July 2020 to August 2021, contributing to the overall business operations.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Tester de Aplicaciones at Datalogic from October 2008 to September 2009. Their responsibilities included manual and automated testing of applications, creation of use cases, and test scenarios.

Gabriela Barbeito attended the Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' from 2005 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a degree in Ingeniería and graduated with a degree in Telecomunicaciones. Later on, in 2019, they returned to the same university to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
