Sharmeene Hayes

Sharmeene Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Senior Director of Operations at Austin Street Center since December 2016, Sharmeene has held various leadership roles within the organization. Prior experience includes positions at Voice of Hope Ministries as a Volunteer Coordinator and at OPCC as Project Director for the Turning Point Transitional Housing Program. Sharmeene also held director-level roles at Chrysalis Center and Chrysalis Enterprises, focusing on training, staff development, and operational management. With a Bachelor of Business Studies in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, Sharmeene has demonstrated a strong commitment to workforce development and project oversight throughout a diverse career spanning multiple organizations.
