Lanita Fields

Lanita Fields is a versatile professional with experience in both healthcare and the culinary arts. Currently serving as a Travel Nurse at Best Care Homecare since February 2023, Lanita also holds a position as a Certified Nursing Assistant at ACCENTCARE HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE since December 2020. Additionally, Lanita has been engaged in the funeral industry since January 2021 through San Antonio College's Mortuary Science program and works as a Desairologist/Removal Technician at Lonestar Mortuary Services. Alongside this, Lanita utilizes culinary skills as a Chef De Partie at Austin's Elite, where expertise includes mixology and food safety certifications. Lanita is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mortuary Science and Embalming at San Antonio College, expected to complete in June 2021.
