Mary Haering is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in both kitchen and customer service roles. Since April 2019, Mary has served as a Sous Chef at Barrio, building on earlier experience as a Line Cook at the same establishment and at EastsideMpls, where skills in meal preparation and station management were honed. Earlier positions at Sandcastle and Ronnally's involved similar responsibilities, ensuring quality meal preparation while also delivering excellent customer service. Mary’s culinary education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes International-Minnesota.
