Theresa Martens

Theresa Martens is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in philanthropy and the arts. Currently serving as a Philanthropy Coordinator and Leading Women Fund Coordinator at Australia for UNHCR since July 2022, Theresa previously founded Looking for Lotus, where the focus was on creating art and poetry to inspire mindfulness and alternative perspectives on life. Experience also includes roles at the Fundraising Institute Australia as Member Services Coordinator, Greenpeace Australia Pacific as Supporter Relationships Administrator, and ASSIDA as Office Administrator, where skills in customer service, member management, and fundraising support were developed. Prior retail roles at Seed Heritage and French Connection complemented the professional journey. Theresa holds a Bachelor of International Development Studies from Australian Catholic University.
