Alex Wu

Alex Wu is an experienced design leader with a strong background in UX and product design, currently serving as the Experience Design Director at Australia Post since July 2025. Prior to this role, Alex worked at Medibank for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included leading product design strategy and enhancing customer experiences across various digital platforms. Alex's career includes significant positions at NAB, where leadership in UX for secure platforms was undertaken, as well as roles at Telstra Health and ZenonHQ, showcasing expertise in responsive web and mobile technologies, stakeholder management, and UX best practices. Alex holds a Double Degree in Information Technology and Commerce from The Australian National University.
