Thomas Dixon

Thomas Dixon is a highly experienced professional in the field of employee and workplace relations, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations at Australia Post since June 2019. In this role, Thomas leads industrial relations and employee relations activities, focusing on major projects, union relationships, workforce compliance, transformation, and enterprise bargaining. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Employee Relations Partner and Acting Head of Workplace Relations at Australia Post and StarTrack. Additionally, Thomas has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Australian College of Sports & Exercise Physicians and as a Tribunal Member for Football Federation Victoria's Disciplinary Tribunal. With a legal background as a Senior Associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery and FCB Group, as well as Legal Counsel at Rugby Union Players' Association, Thomas holds Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Arts from Monash University.
