Dr Brendan Rynne

Dr Brendan Rynne is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Australian Business Economists and an Adjunct Professor at Queen Mary University of London, Dr Rynne also holds key roles at Victoria University, the National Institute of Economic and Social Research, and the University of Melbourne. As a Partner and Chief Economist at KPMG Australia since 2012, Dr Rynne has contributed significantly to global transfer pricing services and economic policy. Dr Rynne's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Adelaide and multiple degrees in economics and finance from The University of Queensland and QUT, complemented by professional affiliations with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Economic Society of Australia.
