Daniel Elphick has a total work experience of over 15 years in various roles in the sports and business development industries. Daniel started their career in the Australian Football League (AFL) in 2006 as a Membership Services Coordinator and later served as a Corporate Sales Account Manager at the Melbourne Football Club from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Crocmedia Pty Ltd as a Corporate Sales Manager in the Events Department. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at CPA Australia as a Sponsorship Executive, responsible for acquiring sponsors and managing current sponsorship accounts. Daniel then joined the Australian Institute of Management as a Sponsorship Manager from 2013 to 2014. Since 2015, Daniel has been with the AFL as a Corporate Sales Executive, Senior Corporate Sales Executive, and currently as a Premium Programs Manager. With their experience, they have developed skills in sales, sponsorship acquisition, stakeholder management, and event management across various industries.

Daniel Elphick completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology between 2002 and 2006. Daniel then pursued their postgraduate education at Deakin University, where they obtained a Master Of Business Administration (International) with a major in Marketing, and a Masters of Commerce between 2013 and 2017.
