Elpi Mimilas

Elpi Mimilas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting with the most recent, in 2022, Elpi worked as a Building Compliance Officer for the City of Stonnington. Prior to this, in 2019, Elpi was part of the Property Team at the Western Bulldogs. Elpi also has experience working with the AFL - Australian Football League, starting in 1985, where they served as Club Support Staff during Match Days. In 2021, Elpi worked as an Ambassador-Guest Services for Virgin Australia, and as a Client Services Officer for the Australian Government Department of Veterans' Affairs. In the same year, Elpi had a brief stint as an Administrator at Serco. Elpi's long tenure at Bayside City Council from 2001 to 2021 involved roles as a Civil Infrastructure Management Officer and a Local Laws Permits Officer/Local Laws & Parking Officer. Other roles include Logistics Supervisor Site Operations at Tennis Australia in 2020, Match Day Official at Carlton Football Club from 2008 to 2017, and various positions at the North Melbourne Football Club from 1985 to 2006, including Marketing Assistant/Events Assistant and U19's Team Trainer.

Elpi Mimilas attended University High School from 1982 to 1988, where they earned their HSC degree. During their time at the school, they studied legal studies, general, economics, and history.
