Premium Events Coordintor at Australian Football League

Haylie Shephard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in event management and coordination. Haylie most recently worked as a Premium Events Coordinator at the AFL, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Practice Manager at Body Lab Physiotherapy & Pilates from October 2020 to September 2022. Haylie also gained extensive experience at the Australian Football League, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the GM of Growth, Digital, and Audiences from June 2017 to October 2020.

In addition, Haylie has worked as an Event Contractor at Events by Haylie, managing event, activation, and marketing programs for various organizations. Haylie provided event management expertise for the AFL during the 2016 finals series, including the Foxtel Footy Festival and Toyota AFL Grand Final Day September Club hospitality precinct. Haylie also worked as an Event Sales Manager at EPICURE, responsible for building client relationships and developing new business opportunities for the Special Events team.

Haylie'searlier experience includes working as an Events Manager at the Hawthorn Football Club, where they led a team in managing club major events and match day functions. Haylie also worked as the Match Day Manager at the Carlton Football Club, overseeing all match day functions. At the Melbourne Football Club, Haylie served as an Event Executive, coordinating Presidents Functions and other major events. Haylie began their career as a Fundraising Events Coordinator at Very Special Kids, where they organized fundraising events and managed donation receptacles.

Throughout their career, Haylie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, participating in club and AFL leadership programs, and serving as an active member of middle management teams. Haylie has also gained experience in client relationship management, new business development, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in representing brands.

Haylie Shephard attended Mooroopna Secondary College from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) without mentioning any specific field of study.
