Josie Fielding has a diverse work experience in the media and communications industry. Josie began their career in 2010 as a Runner for the "Hey Hey It's Saturday" Brisbane Auditions. In 2011, they gained work experience at Yahoo!7 before taking on a role as a Producer for the children's television show, "Tell Me More," where they were responsible for editing, writing scripts, and casting.

In 2012, Josie joined Seven Network as a Sports Journalist, before transitioning to the role of Publicity and Marketing Executive.
