Molly M.

Molly M. has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Molly started their professional journey in 2016 as a Customer Service Assistant at MA Security, where they assisted patrons and provided information at GMHBA Stadium. In 2017, they worked as a Checkout Assistant at Coles, where they helped customers, answered questions, and monitored self-checkout systems.

In 2018, Molly joined Cotton On Group as a Distribution Center Worker, where they created personalized products, operated RF scanners, and prepared orders for shipment. Molly continued their education and became a Student Partner at Deakin University in 2022, where they won the 2023 ADCET Accessibility in Action Awards for creating an equity-focused foundation math program.

Molly also has experience in the sports industry. Molly served as a Field Umpire and Board Member (Welfare & Recruitment) at Geelong Football Umpires League from 2015 to 2023. During this time, they officiated games, promoted good sportsmanship, performed duties in accordance with standards, and developed integrated strategies.

From 2020 to 2022, Molly worked as a School Umpire Course Facilitator at AFL Victoria, delivering and managing the Umpire Development Course. Additionally, in 2021, they became a Umpire Growth & Development Coordinator at the AFL - Australian Football League, where they developed recruitment resources and campaigns to increase umpire diversity and drove recruitment initiatives.

Molly also demonstrated leadership skills as the President of the Physical Education Student Society in 2021, where they implemented strategies, recruited and developed a committee, and facilitated decision-making. Molly also served as a Board Member at the same organization, optimizing internal policies, using critical thinking to solve problems, and developing marketing content.

Previously, Molly worked as a Food Attendant at Daniel's Donuts, where they created a wide range of drinks, engaged customer loyalty, and recommended products based on customer needs.

Molly M. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education degree at Deakin University. Molly started their academic journey at Deakin in 2021 and is expected to complete their degree in 2024. Their degree focuses on the third teaching method, specifically in Food Technology.
