Ryan Hughes has a diverse background in finance, with experience in various roles and industries. Ryan began their career as a Finance Analyst at Advanced Coated Products Ltd in 2011, where they provided timely and accurate reports and analysis on sales forecast, stock usage, and pricing. Ryan also presented performance commentary at board meetings and conducted sales forecasting and cash flow analysis on a weekly basis.

In 2012, Ryan joined EE as a Project Accounting Analyst, where they managed non-network fixed assets, administered timesheet systems, and reported on labor capitalization. Ryan also provided financial and commercial support to various departments, including Finance, Purchasing and Supply Chain, HR, and Performance. Ryan continued at EE as a Financial Accountant from 2014 to 2015, where they communicated cost and revenue performance against budget to senior management and presented monthly financial results.

Ryan joined Domain.com.au in 2016 as a Financial Accountant, where they acted as an accountant and finance business partner to the Technology and Product functions. Ryan'sresponsibilities included communicating performance against budget to senior management, managing P&L for both functions, and preparing monthly dashboards.

Ryan then transitioned to Movember in 2017, where they held multiple roles over the years. As a Financial Analyst, they provided financial analysis and support, and from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Finance Business Partner. In these roles, Ryan was responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ryan then advanced to the position of Senior Finance Business Partner and continued until early 2023.

Most recently, Ryan joined Culture Amp as a Senior Finance Business Partner in 2023, where they utilize their finance expertise to support the company's financial operations.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ryan Hughes received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Ryan also obtained additional certifications in Business Accounting from CIMA in March 2014 and Level 2 Accounting from AAT in October 2011.
