Dr Diane Kalendra

Dr Diane Kalendra serves as the Acting Academic Dean of Teaching and Learning and Editor of the AIB Review at the Australian Institute of Business (AIB), where a career spanning over 15 years includes roles as Associate Professor, Assistant Academic Dean, and Senior Lecturer in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Dr Kalendra is also the Principal Coach and Consultant at Leading Edge Executive Coaching and Consulting, guiding senior leaders to unlock their potential. Additional contributions include serving as Board Director for Down Syndrome South Australia and Committee Member for Ladies of Variety. Prior professional experience incorporates significant marketing and management roles within Australia Post, Sola Optical, GroPep, Faulding Pharmaceuticals, and ER Squibb. Dr Kalendra holds a PhD in Market Orientation, Organisational Culture, Strategic Change Management, and Action Research from AIB and a Bachelor of Management Studies from The University of Waikato.
