Adem Hyssoli

Adem Hyssoli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Assistant Financial Advisor at Godfrey Pembroke Ltd. In 2006, they joined Aviva as a Project Analyst. From 2007 to 2014, Adem worked at ANZ in various roles, including Sales and Distribution, Transformation, Sales Enablement, and Business Strategy and Performance. In 2018, they founded Pocket Change Ventures, providing advisory support and bridging the gap between ambition and capabilities for startups. Adem also held roles at Catholic Church Insurance (CCI) as Head of Operations (Fulfillment) and National Manager Client Services, at YBF Ventures in the YBF Startup Immersion Program, and at Lysn as Head of Customer Experience, Strategy, and Operations. Currently, they are working as the Head of Program Management Office at the Australian Property Institute since June 2023.

Adem Hyssoli completed a Master's degree in Financial Management at the University of Melbourne from 2004 to 2005. Adem also obtained a Tier 1 certification in Insurance from ANZIIF. Additionally, Adem Hyssoli received a Diploma of Financial Services from Kaplan Australia, with a focus on DFS 1-4 and RG 146 compliance. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne. Adem Hyssoli recently obtained certification from the YBF Start-Up Immersion Programme at YBF Ventures in November 2021.
