Stephen Lane

Stephen Lane is an experienced property valuer specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. Currently serving as a Property Valuer and Hospitality Valuer at IPN Valuers since March 2016, Stephen also holds the position of Secretary for the Ballarat Valuers Discussion Group at the Australian Property Institute. Previous roles include Valuation Manager at WBP Property Group and Senior Property Valuer at Preston Rowe Paterson, with extensive experience gained at Opteon Property Group. In addition to a strong professional background, Stephen holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business in Property from RMIT University and a Graduate Certificate in Property from the University of South Australia.
