Carolyne Holmes

Carolyne Holmes is an experienced Organisational Change Manager with a strong background in managing change within various sectors, including finance, technology, and not-for-profit organizations. Currently engaged at Australian Retirement Trust since January 2023, Carolyne is implementing change management plans to integrate two superannuation companies. Previous roles include leading change initiatives at DXC Technology for Rio Tinto, JJ's Waste & Recycling, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and UnitingCare Queensland, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, and communication strategy development.
