Emmanuel Tenorio

Emmanuel Tenorio is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Project Officer and Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach at the Australian Taxation Office since July 2021. In this role, Emmanuel coaches Agile teams and provides strategic direction while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile methodologies. Prior to this, Emmanuel was a Scrum Master and IT Systems Analyst / Product Owner at the same organization, leading Agile teams and managing project delivery in the online space. Emmanuel's earlier experience includes a Help Desk Officer position at Sonic Healthcare, where problem-solving skills resulted in recognition as 'Employee of the Month' for two consecutive months, and various roles in development and technical writing. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Systems Management and Interaction Design from Queensland University of Technology, along with a Certificate II in Information Technology from St Joseph's Nudgee College.
