Ashima Mehta has over a decade of experience in customer strategy and research within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Principal of Customer Strategy & Research at AustralianSuper since February 2017, Ashima has held various roles including Senior Manager of Customer Research, Innovation Insights Manager, and Insights & Opportunities Lead. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Ashima was the Market Intelligence Manager at Crown Resorts from January 2015 to February 2017. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at KPMG Australia from March 2008 to December 2014. Ashima holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from RMIT University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
