Nanthesh Sivarajah

Nanthesh Sivarajah, CFA, currently serves as Associate Director of Real Assets at AustralianSuper, a leading global investor in unlisted assets, since February 2021. Prior to this role, Sivarajah was an Analyst at Rest from January 2019 to February 2021, focusing on institutional-grade property investments. With a strong foundation in deal advisory and valuation services acquired during a tenure at KPMG Australia from February 2016 to January 2019, Sivarajah developed expertise in financial modeling and technology strategy across various sectors. Additionally, Sivarajah co-founded Spectrum Kreativ Photography in January 2013, contributing to business development and marketing efforts. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Integrated Bulk Systems and Market Research Supervisor at Ipsos.
