Naomi Breen

Naomi Breen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance transformation, operational governance, and process improvement across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Product, Systems & Change at AustralianSuper, Naomi leads the Finance Transformation Program, focusing on enhancing finance systems and processes within a regulated industry. Previous roles include Transformational Change Lead at AustralianSuper, where Naomi streamlined investment finance processes, and Head of Oversight and Governance at Citi, where Naomi established a governance model ensuring compliance with regulations. Naomi's career also includes significant positions at JPMorgan Chase and ANZ, demonstrating a strong foundation in fund services and operational management.
