Omar Galindo

Omar Galindo has extensive experience in the maritime industry. Omar worked as a Chief Mate at Australis Cruises starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Empremar S.A from November 2021 to September 2023 and as a Second Mate from December 2017 to October 2022. Furthermore, they served as a Piloto Tercero from April 2014 to November 2017. Before joining Empremar S.A, Omar worked at Empremas S.A as a Second Mate from November 2017 to October 2022 and as a Tercer Piloto from March 2013 to October 2022.

Omar Galindo attended Universidad Andres Bello from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Ingenieria en Marina Mercante (Marine Engineering).
