Franziska Bose

Franziska Bose has a strong background in the aviation industry. Franziska is currently the Head of Strategy at Austrian Airlines since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Lufthansa Group where they held various positions including Executive Assistant to the CEO, Project Manager for LHG Restart and ReNew Transformation Projects, and Senior Manager Operations Performance Management & Analytics. Franziska also completed a ProTeam Trainee program as part of the Graduate Management Program at Lufthansa Group. Before that, Franziska gained consulting experience as a Consulting Intern at Lumics - a joint venture between McKinsey & Company and Lufthansa Technik. Franziska also interned at Lufthansa Technik and PwC in various business development and consulting roles. Franziska's early work experience includes working as a Working Student in IT Management & Transformation at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants and Teaching Assistant at Maastricht University.

Franziska Bose completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business from Maastricht University, graduating with honors (Cum Laude) in 2015. In the same year, they also studied abroad for a semester at the University of Buenos Aires. Franziska later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich, which they completed from 2016 to 2019.
