Vishal Prabhu

Vishal Prabhu has extensive experience in the field of robotics engineering. Vishal currently holds the position of Senior Robotics Engineer at Autel Robotics, where they began working in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Fresh Consulting from 2017 to 2020 as a Senior Robotics Engineer, leading the development of the autonomy stack for large industrial and construction vehicles. At Fresh Consulting, they were responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a lidar-based realtime localization and multi-session mapping system. Before joining Fresh Consulting, Vishal worked at Siemens as a Technical Expert from 2010 to 2017. Vishal started their career at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited as a Senior Software Engineer in 2009, where they worked until 2010.

Vishal Prabhu pursued their education in aerospace engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. From 2004 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor's degree in this field. Continuing their academic journey, Vishal then pursued a Master's degree in Dynamics and Control, specializing in Aerospace Engineering at the same institution from 2008 to 2009.
