Shannon Ragan

Shannon Ragan has held a variety of roles in the marketing and communications industry. Shannon began their career in 2010 as a Records Clerk and Case Assistant at Lewis, Rice & Fingersh. Shannon then moved into the role of Graphic Designer & Web Content Editor and Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for writing, editing and uploading content on the firm's website and social media pages, shooting video for e-marketing communications, creating ads for publications and events, and acting as data steward for the CRM. In the same year, they also took on a freelance position as a Developmental Editor at GW Medical Publishing, Inc. In 2014, they joined Skybox Security as Senior Marketing Communications Manager and Content Marketing Manager, where they were a writer and sometimes ghostwriter of The Skybox View (blog), corporate social media guru, one-woman film crew and post production studio, metrics and tracking machine, point guard for new website and branding projects, occasional podcast host, holder of the Adobe Creative Cloud license, and Drupal CMS wrangler. In 2015, they also took on a freelance position as a Storyboard Artist at Four Winds Creative. In 2020, they joined Authentic8 as Director of Content Marketing and Content Marketing Senior Manager.
