Tom Hanks

Tom Hanks has worked in various roles in the product management sector since 2011. Tom began their career as the Head of Product Management and Development at Forge, INC. in 2011, where they led a cross functional team in architecting and building custom cloud software solutions. Tom then moved to Henry Schein in 2014 as a Senior Product Manager - Strategic Innovations, where they established a new portfolio of products and services in support of Henry Schein's core Dental Practice Management Platform(s). In 2017, they joined Bright MLS as a Senior Product Manager - Analytics and Business Intelligence, where they led a cross functional team in launching a Data Analytics platform and defining, developing, pricing, marketing and releasing new Business Intelligence products for the real estate market. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant - Product, where they identified and established measurement and evaluation practices to identify and implement operational efficiency gains, employee performance improvements, cost savings, and customer happiness increases. In 2021, they joined LeadingAgile as a Senior Product Consultant and Ivinex as the Head Of Product Delivery and Customer Experience. Tom is currently the Director of Product Management at AuthenticID, a role they began in 2022.

Tom Hanks attended Brigham Young University from 1989 to 1994, where they studied Political Science and Government. Tom then attended University of Phoenix from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In 2018, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
