Diane Hettmansperger has over 30 years of experience in the field of operations management. Diane began their career in 1989 as Claims Manager at CoreSource, A Trustmark Company. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a claims and customer service staff of 20+ team members. Diane also established relationships with clients, brokers, providers, and Preferred Provider Organizations, and coordinated major initiatives including software conversion and claims scanning workflow. In 2005, they moved to Advantage Health Solutions as Medicare Program Director, where they managed the Customer Service and Enrollment areas, consisting of 10+ team members, for the Medicare Advantage program. Diane also oversaw the annual operations budget and monthly variance analysis. In 2013, they joined Seven Corners, Inc. as Program Director, where their responsibilities included serving as primary point of contact and managing day-to-day operations for federal contracts. Diane also developed relationships with key clients by providing timely responses and ongoing communication. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Authenticx as Revenue Operations Manager and Project Manager.

Diane Hettmansperger attended Ivy Tech Community College from 1995 to 1996, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In November 2021, they obtained a Producer License, Life, Accident & Health from the State of Indiana.
