Tom Erber

Tom Erber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tom started their career in 1983 with the US Navy, serving in the submarines during the cold war. Tom received several Admiral and Commodore citations and held a Top Secret SI clearance. In 1990, they transitioned to L3 Applied Defense Solutions as a Systems Engineer and worked there until 1994. Following that, they joined Universal Computer Systems and worked as a Mainframe Support Specialist until 1997. Tom then joined HP as a Program Manager and remained with the company for 17 years until 2014. At HP, they managed various programs and projects. In 2014, they joined Author-it Software Corporation as the Director of Content Strategy, where they provided strategic vision and leadership to drive the company's product in the changing component authoring industry. Tom managed a high-performing professional Content Strategy team and worked closely with clients on adoption, change management, information architecture, and migration.

Tom Erber attended the United States Navy from 1983 to 1986, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EET).
