Merjem Kulovic - Deljkovic

Merjem Kulovic - Deljkovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Lead Engineering Manager at Authority Partners since June 2014. In this role, Merjem oversees a team of engineering managers, focusing on resource allocation, quality improvement, skill development, and achieving KPIs. Previously, Merjem held positions as an Engineering Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer, showcasing expertise in project supervision, research and development, and software quality assurance. Earlier experience includes a Junior Software Engineer role at ZIRA and a Photo Retoucher position at Purple Matrix.
