Johannah Broadlick

Johannah Broadlick has a diverse range of work experience in various customer service and sales roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Customer Success at Authvia, starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Outbound Lead Harvester at TeamSnap from December 2019 to March 2020. Johannah also held roles at Smartsheet, where they served as a Customer Success Manager from July 2016 to November 2018, and as a Customer Success Associate in May 2016. Before joining Smartsheet, they worked at CareCap as a Customer Success Manager from January 2015 to April 2016, and as an Inside Sales Manager from April 2014 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, Johannah held positions as a Keyholder at LIDS Sports Group in 2013, as a Sales Associate at Charlotte Russe in 2012, and as a Sales Associate at The Rhinestone Cowgirl in 2011.

Johannah Broadlick attended the University of Washington from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General. In June 2014, they also obtained a Sales Certificate from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business.
