Tim Noland

Timothy Noland is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in continuous improvement and process engineering. Currently serving at Holman since January 2021, Timothy previously held positions in various companies, notably as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering at Derby Fabricating, where responsibilities included guiding lean initiatives. Prior roles as Plant Manager at Grupo Antolin involved launching a brownfield site and managing multiple facilities, with notable cost-saving contributions. Additional experience includes a leadership role at Faurecia as an Autonomous Production Unit Manager, overseeing productivity and budget management, and a tenure at Houston Johnson Inc. recognized for significant cost savings and production increases. Timothy’s career began at Ford Motor Company, where various positions spanned over 12 years, providing a solid foundation in the automotive industry. Timothy holds an MBA and a BBA from McKendree University.
