Andrew Lykins

Andrew Lykins has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Andrew started their career as an Advanced Development Engineering Intern at Cummins Inc., where they worked on high horse power and heavy duty diesel engine filtration. Andrew was responsible for designing prototype filters, conducting durability and workability tests.

Andrew then joined Nissan North America as a Supplier/Parts Quality Engineer, where they had cross-functional responsibilities for powertrain components such as forgings, castings, stampings, and assemblies. Andrew conducted supplier audits, reviewed ANPQP documentation, and provided PSW once requirements were met.

Currently, Andrew works at Autocam Medical as a Quality Engineer. In this role, they validate the effectiveness of titration equipment through calculations and chemical testing. Andrew also conducts passivation testing with different concentrations of acid for material validation and supports the cleaning line by collecting water samples for endotoxin, TOC, and conductivity testing.
