Steve Hughes

Steve Hughes has extensive work experience in quality engineering and assurance roles. Steve is currently working as a Quality Engineer at Autocam Medical since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Engineer at UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Steve also held the position of Quality Engineer at Aspen Surgical in 2016. Before that, Steve worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at SPI Pharma from 2013 to 2016. Steve also worked at MasterTag as a Process Improvement Engineer from 2008 to 2013. Their earliest work experience includes roles such as Research Scientist - Quality Assurance at Amway from 1996 to 2007, Quality Technician at Invensys from 1993 to 1995, and Process Engineer at Barnes Group Inc. from 1988 to 1993.

Steve Hughes completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Automated Manufacturing from ITT Technical Institute, where they attended from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their degree, they obtained three certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2012, Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in December 2012, and Certified Quality Technician (CQT) from ASQ - World Headquarters in March 1993.
