Abby Vietor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enablement operations and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Enablement Operations at Autodesk since September 2025, Abby is responsible for developing a top-tier organization focused on AI-powered sales enablement and productivity. Previously, Abby held the position of Global Director of Dealer Training & Productivity at Ford Motor Company, leading a 75-member team and overseeing innovative training platforms. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services, where Abby directed major training and enablement initiatives, and IBM, where revenue growth strategies were a focus. Abby holds a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Arts from the University of St Andrews.
