Lisa Duhigg - Sphr

Lisa Duhigg is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Autodesk since March 2020, Lisa previously held senior managerial positions at BigCommerce, including Sr. Manager of HR Business Partners and International HR, where strong global HR teams were developed. Prior to BigCommerce, Lisa contributed to Luxury Escapes as a People & Culture Manager, overseeing HR initiatives for a leading ecommerce group. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Calastica Health & Wellbeing and TP, and as a Training Consultant at IMS Health. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Adult Education with a major in Human Resources from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2011, following earlier studies at the same institution. Professional certifications include SPHR, GPHR, and ACC.
