Sreejith Nambiar

Sreejith Nambiar is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Autodesk since July 2014. In this role, Sreejith oversees leadership hiring and strategically manages recruitment functions across diverse markets, focusing on operational excellence and enhancing satisfaction for both hiring managers and candidates. Prior to Autodesk, Sreejith held positions at Microsoft Asia Pacific, VMware, Google, Oracle, and SearchWorks, specializing in sales recruitment and talent acquisition strategies across the APAC region. Sreejith holds a General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bangalore University.
