Fabio Massei

Fabio Massei, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Fabio is currently working at AUTODOC as the Vice President of Talent Development & Acquisition. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Talent Development at the same company.

Before joining AUTODOC, Fabio worked at Wayfair as the Head of Talent & Performance Strategy for EU & Asia. Fabio also worked at GfK as the Global Talent Acquisition & Development Lead and as a Senior Consultant for People Development & Talent. Additionally, they worked at atrain GmbH as the Business Area Leader & Senior HR Consultant, where they managed the Talent Development Business Area and coached a team of 10 direct reports.

Fabio's academic experience includes working as an Adjunct Professor and Research Fellow at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Fabio was also a Visiting Scholar at Portland State University - School of Business Administration.

Furthermore, Fabio has worked as an HR consultant at The European House-Ambrosetti and as a Research Staff Member at the University of Bologna, where they were involved in a research project on creativity and innovation in small and medium enterprises.

Fabio Massei, Ph.D. obtained their Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2007 to 2010. Fabio also holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the same institution, obtained from 2000 to 2005. Fabio Massei attended Liceo Scientifico Statale G. Galilei from 1995 to 2000 for their secondary education. In terms of certifications, they have obtained various qualifications, including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2021, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2019, and Occupational Test User (Ability and Personality) from The British Psychological Society in 2012. Additionally, they received the "Abilitazione alla professione di psicologo" from the Ordine delle Psicologhe e degli Psicologi dell'Emilia-Romagna in 2010.
