Ana Isabel Sousa

Ana Isabel Sousa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ana Isabel is currently the Chief People Officer at AUTODOC, where they lead the People Team globally. Prior to this, Ana worked at FARFETCH, initially as the Global People Strategy Director & Portugal Talent and People Director and later as the VP, People Strategy. Ana Isabel was responsible for developing and executing local and global People strategies in the fashion and technology industry. Before joining FARFETCH, Ana held leadership positions in human resources at Blip.pt and ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A. Ana Isabel also had teaching experience as an Invited Professor at Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências de Educação de Coimbra and as a Lecturer at Universidade de Évora. Ana is experienced in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and employer branding.

Ana Isabel Sousa has a solid education history, with a focus on executive programs and management. Ana Isabel attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019 for The HR Executive Suite Connection program. In 2018, they completed an executive program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in the analysis of Big Data for strategic decisions. Ana Isabel also attended an executive program at Stanford University in 2017, which focused on people, culture, and performance. In 2015, Ana Isabel Sousa completed an Advanced Management Program at Porto Business School. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree in Management - Human Resources from the University of Évora, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Their educational background also includes a Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Évora, which they completed from 1998 to 2003.
