Maryann Perttunen

Maryann Perttunen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Legal for the Americas at Autoliv since July 2010, Maryann previously held the position of Associate General Counsel. Prior to Autoliv, experience includes serving as IP Counsel at Federal-Mogul Corporation from June 2004 to July 2010, and working as an Associate at Dykema from April 1997 to June 2004. Early in Maryann's career, a role as a Test Engineer at Ford Motor Company from July 1990 to December 1993 provided a solid engineering foundation. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
