Ronda Bateman

Ronda Bateman is an experienced Employee Relations Manager with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently, Ronda has been with TreeHouse Foods since 2007, focusing on training program development and employee recognition initiatives. Simultaneously, Ronda manages employee activities, recognition, compensation, benefits, and discipline at Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products. Prior to these roles, Ronda served as an HR Representative at Varian Medical Systems, handling recruitment and employee-related activities. Ronda holds an MBA in Human Resources from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Weber State University.
