Mathew Keegan is an experienced engineering and customer support professional with a strong background in the technology and biotech sectors. Currently serving as Director and Head of Applications Engineering at Automata since May 2019, Mathew leads projects within a company that delivers robotic automation solutions to the life sciences industry. Previously, Mathew was Head of Member Support at Tide, where efforts included establishing a customer service team in Bulgaria to enhance support for over 80,000 members. At Kano Computing, Mathew played a pivotal role in shaping customer service strategies and managing a team that supported over 150,000 devices globally. Mathew holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University.
