Shai Shalom is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a robust background in developing complex systems across various financial institutions and technology companies. Currently at SHVA, Shai has played a key role in creating a clearance and settlement system using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Prior experience includes leading integrations and deployments at Bank Hapoalim and serving as a Tech Lead for multiple secure projects at כאל. Throughout a career spanning over 17 years, Shai has consistently demonstrated expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices, and modern development practices, contributing to significant projects across different sectors, including insurance and banking. Shai holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
