Sunny Rodrigues

Sunny Rodrigues has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Software Intern at ITC Limited. In 2013, they worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Google and later as a Listing Creation Project Specialist at Amazon. From 2013 to 2016, Rodrigues worked at Facebook as a Community Operations Specialist. In 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager at Blinkit for a brief period. In 2017, Rodrigues joined Northeastern University, where they held multiple roles, including Graduate Student Assistant, Community Ambassador, and Tabling Supervisor. They also worked as a Social Media Marketer at Northeastern Bookstore and a Program Assistant at the Center for Intercultural Engagement. In 2018, Rodrigues became a Building Manager at Campus Recreation. In 2019, Rodrigues worked as a Sales Engineer at Skyhook and later became an Associate Project Manager at Northeastern University. From 2020 to 2023, Rodrigues worked at Pearson as an Associate Technical Project Manager, responsible for onboarding teams and ensuring efficient development processes. Most recently, in 2023, Rodrigues joined Automated Decision as a Software Project Manager.

Sunny Rodrigues completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Project Management from Northeastern University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Sunny obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in CSE from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2008 to 2012. Sunny also has a Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C) from 2004 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Sunny has completed the Lean Six Sigma Foundations course from the Project Management Institute in April 2023, the Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations course from the Project Management Institute in February 2023, and the Six Sigma: White Belt course from LinkedIn in February 2023. Sunny also has certifications in CITE Cypress Structured Authoring, Pearson Global Alfresco Basics User, Pearson Global QuAD User, and SQL for Data Science from various institutions. Sunny also holds an Inbound Certificate from HubSpot and has completed the IELTS (International Language Testing System) certification from the British Council, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
