David Palencia

David Palencia began their work experience in 2018 as a Supervisor de Producción at Bayer Crop Science, where they were responsible for supervising procedures and standard operations, collecting data, and developing a database for activity control and validation.

In 2021, Palencia joined Automated Engineering Services, Inc. as an Associate Process Automation Engineer. David'srole involved developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance processes and improve cost and productivity. David also integrated new control technology systems to ensure correct process execution.

In addition, Palencia served as a Catedrático Auxiliar at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala from 2017 to 2019.

David Palencia completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in the years 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, graduating from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala in the period of 2015 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019, David obtained a Baccalaureatus in Scientiis degree in Engineering and Science from the same institution.
