Nipesh Patel

Nipesh Patel is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in managing application support and incident resolution. Currently serving as a Technical Support Lead at Automation Anywhere since April 2022, Nipesh previously held the position of Support Specialist Lead at InfoDesk from January 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Nipesh worked at PMC Retail in various roles, including L2 Application Support and L2 Support Analyst, where responsibilities included providing 2nd level support for retail systems, managing systems and infrastructure, and ensuring system availability. Nipesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Networking from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.
