Griffith Tzu-Wei Chen

Griffith Tzu-wei Chen is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently serving as an Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Automattic, Griffith focuses on user onboarding and theme experience. Prior to this role, Griffith held multiple positions, including CTO and Lead Full-stack Developer at 3drops, where contributions included the development of proprietary SaaS products. As Head of Engineering at Let's Vouch, Griffith managed architectural design and development for a social media platform. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Engineering and Principal Engineer at Richi, Front End Engineer at Yahoo!, and Front End Engineer at Cellopoint International Corporation. Griffith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University.
