Dharam Veer Jain

Dharam Veer Jain has extensive work experience in finance and commercial roles. Dharam Veer is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Autometers Alliance Ltd since September 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Commercial and later the Vice President of Commercial at River Engineering Pvt Ltd from January 2010 to September 2018. During their time there, they were responsible for various financial and commercial activities such as designing and implementing financial systems, dealing with banks and FII's for loans, and providing advice on taxation and other commercial aspects. Before joining River Engineering Pvt Ltd, Dharam worked as a Group Leader (F&A) at Technip KT India Ltd from October 2008 to October 2009. Dharam Veer started their career at Autometers Alliance Ltd as a Company Secretary from December 1997 to February 2007.

Dharam Veer Jain's education history begins with their high school education at Govt Higher Secondary School Nagina, which they completed from 1976 to 1980. Following that, they attended Govt College Nagina, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from 1980 to 1984. Subsequently, they pursued further professional qualifications by enrolling in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1984 to 1987, earning the prestigious designation of Chartered Accountant. Finally, from 1988 to 1994, Dharam Veer Jain studied at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Company Law, Taxation, and Laws to acquire the degree of Company Secretary. These educational experiences provided him with expertise in fields such as Accountancy, Taxation, Company Law, Commerce, and High Schooling.
