Angie Hatfield has a diverse and extensive work experience. Angie started their career at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. in 1988 as a New Model Process Staff, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining assembly processes. Angie actively communicated with team leaders and production associates to improve quality, safety, and production. Angie also utilized AutoCad for part comparisons.

In 2008, Angie moved to National Auto Care, where they worked as an Operations Manager until 2016. In this role, they managed and oversaw the production and quality of the Operations Department, ensuring that department goals were met.

Angie then joined National Auto Care (an APCO Holdings brand) in 2016 and took on various roles. Angie started as a Jr. Project Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating and supervising project tasks. Angie also developed project plans and test strategies, and assisted with release management.

Angie's career progressed within the organization, and they eventually became the Director of Program Management in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing program management activities, ensuring project success, and coordinating with IT.

In 2022, Angie transitioned to the role of Director of Business Process Optimization at National Auto Care. Angie continued in this position when APCO Holdings, LLC acquired the company in 2023. As the Director of Business Process Optimization, Angie is responsible for improving business processes and optimizing operations.

Angie Hatfield's education history is as follows:

- In 2006 to 2007, Angie studied at Ashworth College.

- In 2013, Angie obtained a Major Lines Insurance - Property & Casualty certification from the State of Ohio.

- In 2019, Angie completed several insurance-related courses at Hondros College, including Insurance Solutions for Business Markets, Annuities: Your Wealth, Your Retirement, Flood Insurance Training for Insurance Agents, and Preferred Business Practices.

- In 2019, Angie earned a Smartsheet Certification from Smartsheet.

In terms of additional certifications, Angie obtained an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) certification from the Ohio Department of Insurance in August 2023. Angie also has various certifications from Honda of America in topics such as Analytical Troubleshooting, Better Communications, Coaching and Counseling, Cultural Diversity, Ergonomics for Engineers, Frontline Management, and Managing Conflict.
